This is not my first rodeo

My credentials say it all, but I am more than my credentials! While I teach Pilates in its purest form, and hold fast to the historical methods of pilates, my approach is modern, accessible and friendly.

My genuine care and attention shows in everything I do especially with my relationships with wonderful clients over the years. Seeing humans move and feel better is what I live for. Changing someone’s day with a lesson or a mindset shift is priceless. My philosophy is that while working out is work, it should also be fun! We will laugh! We will play! We will change your life!

Three ways to work with Lindsay:

  • Weekly

    Schedule sessions week to week with no commitment.

    Sessions are $125 each and must be used within a week from when they are purchased.

  • Monthly

    Commit to taking weekly sessions for a month with Lindsay. Once a month receive 4 sessions in your account.

    Sessions must be used within a month from purchase and will not roll over to subsequent months if not used.

    Payment is $480 for the month ($120 per session) and will automatically be deducted from your credit card or bank account monthly.

    Additional weekly sessions are available for $120 per session charged weekly

    Membership auto renews but can be canceled with 14 days notice.

  • Quarterly

    Commit to taking weekly sessions with Lindsay for three months. Once a quarter receive 12 sessions on your account.

    Sessions must be used within three months from purchase and will not roll over to subsequent subscriptions if not used.

    Payment is $1380 for the three months ($115 per session) and will automatically be deducted from your credit card or bank account monthly.

    Additional weekly sessions are available for $115 per session charged weekly

    Membership auto renews but can be canceled with 14 days notice.
